I am new to this site and am enjoying trying out recipes.

I do have one suggestion for posters: please be specific and accurate about the ingredients. For example, I have just looked at a recipe that calls for 6 each carrots, 4 each potatoes, and 2 each onions. All three of these vegetables come in quite variable sizes ranging from small to gigantic. Adding even "small", "medium" or "large" would provide some help.

In another case the recipe calls for 3 cabbage. That seems like a very large amount of cabbage for the recipe. If that is accurate, fine. However, if so, it would still be helpful to indicate the relative sizes of the cabbages.
