Hi everyone! I have just gotten hitched last Christmas! My hubby's a foodie but unfortunately, I'm not a good cook. I have joined this forum to try to learn some food preparation magic!

Congrats! My advice is to follow recipe instructions closely. I can't count how many times I've ruined a good recipe by replacing ingredients I didn't have on hand or being too creative. Leave that for advanced cooks!

I'd say learn some basic techniques, technique is everything, from there you can execute any recipe. Take a reputable class. Congratulations and Good Luck!
