1 cup asparagus, pieces1 cup broccoli, flowerets
1 cup carrots
1 cup spinach
1, cooking spray
1 can cream of mushroom soup, condensed
2 Tbs. onions, finely chopped
1 Tsp. thyme
1/2 cup water
1, salt, to taste
1, pepper, freshly ground
Directions
Directions: Layer asparagus, broccoli, carrots, and spinach in a baking dish covered with vegetable cooking spray. Blend remaining ingredients.Pour over vegetables. Cover. Bake at 350 degree F for 30 to 40 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
