Ingredients
250 gr. flour250 gr. sugar
2 eggs
250 gr. butter or margarine (milk can be used as a substitute, for a lower fat cake, and it works just fine)
1 Tsp. baking powder
2-3 Apples
Directions
Mix the wet stuff then add the flour/sugar/baking powder mix. Rinse and peel the apples and put them of the bottom of the pan (you can add a little cinnamon to the apples by sprinkling some on top) then pour the cake-dough over the apples. Bake in a pre-heated oven (350) for 25-30 minutes or until brown on top. Test the cake with a tooth pick to see if ready:)
