Ingredients
1/3 c. Sugar2 Tsp. Flour
1/2 Tsp. Salt
3 Eggs
3 c. Milk
1/4 Tsp. Nutmeg
1 9 unbaked pie shell
Directions
Combine sugar flour salt and eggs and mix until smooth. Heat milk to boiling point. Add 1 cup hot milk to egg mixture. Pour that into the remaining hot milk. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
