3 cl Garlic minced1 Ancho chile, briefly Toasted and ground in a Spice grinder (approx. 4 ts)
2 Tbs. Chopped fresh oregano
1 Tbs. Gold tequila
3 Generous Tbs chopped pecans
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 lb. Unsalted butter (1 stick).
