Ingredients
2 Tbs. Oleo; divided1 Egg
1/3 c. Milk, plus 1 tbsp.
1/2 c. Flour
1/8 Tsp. Salt
1/4 c. Sugar; divided
1 Apple
3/4 Tsp. Cinnamon
Directions
Use 1 Tbs. oleo to grease an 8 pan. Beat the egg with the milk. Add the flour salt and 2 Tsp. sugar and mix well. Let stand for 15 minutes. Peel and slice the apple into the pan spread evenly. Mix the 2 tbs sugar and the cinnamon and sprinkle over the apples. dot with remaining oleo. Pour batter over the apples.
