Ingredients
1 pkg. Sugar-free gelatin; any flavor (4 serving size box)3/4 c. water; boiling
1 3/4 c. Applesauce; unsweetened but well chilled
1/4 Tsp. Cinnamon
Mint Apple; sliced thin
Cinnamon sticks
Directions
Prepare gelatin as usual using the applesauce instead of cold water. Chill. Garnish with a mint sprig, thin slices of apple and a small cinnamon stick.
