4 Cornish game hensButter, melted
BARBECUE SAUCE: 1 Clove garlic, minced
2 ts Salt
1/4 c Vinegar
1/4 c Lemon juice
1/4 c Oil
1 1/4 c Worcestershire
2 tb Chopped onion
1 ts Paprika
1/2 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Ketchup
Directions
Brush each Cornish hen with butter and place on vertical roaster. Mash garlic and salt together in a bowl. Combine with remaining ingredients.
