1 10oz. pkg frozen green beans1/2 c. Onions; very thinly sliced
2 Tbs. Red wine vinegar
1 Tbs. Olive oil; plus 1 tsp.
3 Tbs. Water
1/8 Tsp. Garlic powder
1 Tsp. Dried basil
1 Tbs. Grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 Tsp. Pepper
Salt to taste
Directions
Cook beans according to directions, cooking until just tender-crisp. Drain. Combine beans and onions in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over beans. toss until well blended.
