1 lb. Beef shin; bone-in3 qt Water
1 lg. Onion; chopped
2 lg. Stalks celery; chopped
1 1 pound can tomatoes
1 Tbs. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Black pepper
1/8 Tsp. Cayenne pepper
1 pkg. Frozen mixed vegetables; (10 oz)
1 pkg. Fresh or frozen mixed soup vegetables
1 lb. Maryland regular crabmeat
1/2 lb. Maryland claw crabmeat - 8 ozs
