Ingredients
2 lb. Ground beef1/4 c. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
4 slices Bread; shredded
3 Tbs. Instant minced onion
2 Celery stalks, finely chopped
1 lg. Carrot; shredded
8 oz. Tomato sauce
1 Egg
1/8 Tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
Directions
Thoroughly combine all ingredients; lightly pack into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 F. 1 hour, or until thoroughly cooked. Drain liquid; let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
