2 oz. Butter1 Red cabbage
2 Tbs. Simple syrup
2 Apples, peeled and sliced
1 Onion, chopped
1/4 pt Red wine
Juice of one lemon
Salt
Directions
Melt the butter in a pan and add the shredded cabbage and syrup; brownover a low flame, stirring constantly.
