Ingredients
8 oz. Medium noodles, cooked and drained2 c. Cottage cheese
1/2 c. Grated parmesan cheese
1 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Crushed basil
1/4 c. Bread crumbs
1 pkg. 10 oz. frozen, drained, chopped and thawed spinach
1/2 c. Sour cream
1/4 Tsp. Tabasco
1 Tbs. Melted butter
1/4 Tsp. Thyme, crushed
Directions
In a large bowl, mix spinach, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, sour cream, salt, Tabasco, basil and thyme. Stir in noodles. Turn into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. In a small bowl, combine butter and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the casserole. Cover and bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
