Ingredients
1/2 lb. Ground beef, lean2 1/2 Crackers, crushed
2 Tbs. Onion, finely chopped
2 Tbs. Celery, finely chopped
1/2 Egg (or yolk only)
1/2 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Tsp. Oregano
3 Mushrooms, sliced
Pepperoni slices
1/2 med. Tomato, sliced
2 Tbs. Green pepper, chopped
1/4 Tsp. Pepper, freshly ground
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
Combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, celery, egg, sauce, spice and mix well. Use a tinfoil pie plate, pat beef mixture into a patty. Scatter mushrooms, pepperoni, tomato and green pepper over. Sprinkle with pepper and top with cheeses.
