Ingredients
2 Tbs. Margarine1 sm. Onion, sliced
1 can (10 1/4 oz.) Campbell's NEW Broccoli Cheese Soup
1/2 c. Milk
1/8 Tsp. Pepper
4 med. Potatoes, cooked and sliced (about 3 1/2 cups)
Directions
In skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook onion until tender. Stir in soup, milk and pepper. Heat to boiling. Add potatoes. Reduce heat to low. Cover, simmer for 5 minutes, or until hot and bubbling. stirring occasionally. Garnish with sage if desired. Makes 4 servings. Recipe may be doubled. Posted by Stephen Ceideberg; October 14 1992.
