16 oz. Low-fat cottage cheese1 c. Canned kernel corn
6 oz. Shredded, reduced fat -cheddar cheese
1/4 c. Sliced green onions
2 Tbs. Chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 Tsp. Mexican seasoning
6 Flour tortillas (6)
1/2 c. Salsa
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 Grease 9 x 13 inch baking dish Mix first 6 ingredients but reserve 1/2 cup cheddar cheese Spoon about 1/2 cup of mixture down center of each tortilla Roll and arrange seam side down in baking dish. Top with salsa and remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
