Ingredients
1/2 c. Peanut Butter1 c. Shredded Sharp Or Mild Cheddar Cheese
2/3 c. Butter, Softened
1 1/2 c. Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp. Salt
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, cheese, butter, flour and salt. Mix well. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Heat the oven to 375 Degrees F. Place Tsp. of the dough 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 2 dozen
