1 tablespoon butter1 pn cumin
4 oz green chilies, chopped
1 cup canned tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 pound jack cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
3 oz cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
Directions
Directions: Microwave margarine on high for 30 seconds. Add next 5 ingredients, cover with plastic wrap (leaving vent) and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook 2 minutes. Add cheese and cook 1 minute. Stir and cook 1 minute. Stir in cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.Makes 2-1/2 cups.
