Ingredients
1 c. Unsalted butter2 c. Flour
1/2 c. Miniature marshmallows
1 Tsp. Baking soda
1/4 c. Unsweetened cocoa
2 ea. Eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. Coca-Cola
1/2 c. Buttermilk
Directions
Combine butter and marshmallows in a med saucepan over low heat. Cook until marshmallows melt, about 7 mins. Stir in cocoa and Coca-cola. Remove from heat. Sift together sugar, flour and baking soda in a large bowl. Beat in chocolate-cola mixture on low speed. Add eggs and buttermilk. Beat till smooth, about 2 mins. Pour into buttered and floured cake pans and bake at 350 for about 40 mins.
