2 c. Low Fat Cottage Cheese, Rinsed and DrainedEgg Substitute Equal To 3 Eggs
3 Tbs. Flour
4 oz. Low Fat Cheese Cubed
1/2 pkg. (10 Oz.) Frozen Chopped
Spinach, Partially Thawed
1/4 Tsp. Salt
Directions
Preheat Oven To 350 F. Combine Cottage Cheese, Egg Substitute and Flour. Add Cheese. Add Spinach in Chunks Along With Salt. Place in Baking Dish and Bake Uncovered 60 Min. Fat 5.0. Chol. 15.
