Ingredients
16 oz. Can of jellied cranberry sauce1 Tbs. Grated orange peel
1 Tsp. Almond extract
1 c. Heavy cream, whipped -OR-
1 x 8 ounces cool whip
Directions
Mix together the first three ingredients with a Wisk or fork. Add whipped cream or cool whip. Fill parfait or dessert dishes. Chill until set. Garnish with whipped cream and orange slice.
