3 each celery, stalks, diced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 each garlic, cloves, minced
1 Tbs. parsley, fresh, chopped
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup dry red wine
1 cup tomato sauce
1, salt, to taste
1, pepper, to taste
1, oregano
1, basil
Directions
Directions: Brown meat in oil. Place celery and onion at the bottom of the crockpot. Add browned meat and remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 7-10 hours.
