Ingredients
1 pkg. Yeast3 c. Better for Bread white flour
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Sugar
1 c. Water (very warm)
1 c. Sourdough starter
Directions
Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed. Select either the "white" or "oat/French" bread setting turn the brown control on the side all the way up to the darkest setting and push start. Use "regular" cycle instead of "Turbo." At 2500-foot altitude remove 2 tbs. bread flour and substitute it with 2 tbs. Gluten.
