Ingredients
1/2 c. Flour1/8 Tsp. Nutmeg, ground
2 Eggs
1/2 c. Milk
2 Tbs. Oil
2 Tbs. Sugar, powdered
1 1/2 Tbs. Juice, lemon
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Melt butter in heavy 12 skillet in oven. Pour batter into skillet. Bake until golden brown about 15 minutes.
