BROWNIES: 1/2 c. Butter2 c. Sugar
4 Eggs
1 1/2 c. Flour
1/3 c. Cocoa
1 c. Chopped peanuts
1 Tsp. Vanilla
2 c. Marshmallows
1/2 c. Peanut butter chips
1 c. Crushed Do-Si-Do cookies
ICING: 1/2 c. Butter
1 lb. Powdered sugar
1/2 c. Cocoa
1 c. Chopped peanuts
1/2 c. Evaporated milk
Directions
BROWNIES: Preheat oven to 350F. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Sift together flour and cocoa; add gradually until blended. Add peanuts and vanilla. Spread into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven. Mix together marshmallows, peanut butter chips and crushed do-si-do cookies. Top brownies with marshmallow mixture. Bake 10 more minutes. Cool completely and ice.ICING: Melt butter. Sift cocoa and powdered sugar together; add butter. Stir in milk and peanuts.
