Ingredients
2 ea. Cabbage heads1/2 c. Mayonnaise
4 c. Mini marshmallows
12 oz. Pineapple, crushed
1/2 pt Whipping cream
Directions
Clean, core and slice cabbage very fine. Add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Add mini-marshmallows. Strain pineapple and add to mixture. Whip cream until peaks form and add. Toss mixture well and refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Note: Peelen adds a small amount of sugar to sweeten.
