1 c. Raisins
1/2 c. Sunflower seeds
DRESSING: 1 c. Low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 c. Chutney
1 Tsp. Curry powder
Salt
Pepper
Directions
In bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, broccoli, raisins and sunflower seeds. Dressing: In small bowl, stir together yogurt, chutney and curry powder. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss well to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
