Ingredients

1 cup pecans, chopped

1 cup coconut

1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix

1 pound powdered sugar, sifted

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup butter, or margarine, softened

Directions

Directions: Grease and flour 9 x 13 cake pan. Put coconut and pecans in bottom of pan. Mix cake mix according to directions on box. Pour over nuts and coconut. Mix cream cheese, butter and sugar. Drop by spoonfuls on top of cake.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done.

This looks like a great one to try... does anyone know the difference between German cake mixes and regular cake mixes? Can I substitute one for the other?
