Ingredients
3 pounds lean stewing beef cut in 1 1/2 inch chunks1 1.5 oz. envelope dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup sauterne wine or beef broth
1 10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
1 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms drained optional
Directions
Combine all ingredients in Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on Low for 10 to 12 hours . If desired thicken gravy. Serves 8
