2 c. Flour2 Tbs. Sugar
3/4 Tsp. Salt
3 Tsp. Baking powder
2 ea. Eggs
1 1/4 c. Milk
1/4 c. Melted shortening or oil
Directions
Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Beat eggs and milk. Combine with dry ingredients mixing until smooth, add oil or shortening.
