2 Tbs. Fresh ginger root2 Lemon rinds
4 Tbs. Honey, to taste
1 c. Boiling water
1 qt Seltzer

Pour in 1 cup boiling water (or just enough to cover). Let steep for five minutes. Strain and chill. When ready to serve, add the seltzer water. Makes 4 servings (10 ounces each). One serving contains 65 calories and 16 grams of carbohydrates.
