Ingredients
1/2 c. Honey1/2 c. Butter, sweet
1/2 c. Sugar
1 Egg
2 c. Flour
2 Tsp. Baking soda
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Ginger
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. Cloves
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Cream the honey, butter, sugar, and egg together. Sift the remaining ingredients together, and add to the butter mixture. Chill for one hour.
