4 lb. Ground venison4 lb. Ground pork
2 Tbs. Salt
2 Tsp. Black pepper
3/4 Tsp. Mace
1/4 Tsp. Nutmeg
1/4 Tsp. Cloves
1/2 Tsp. All-spice
1/2 Tsp. Garlic powder
Directions
Mix venison and pork together. Add approx. 1/2 cup hot water to meat to gain desired texture for sausage press. Add spices and mix well.
