1 ea. Cube margarine, melted, cooled1 c. Sugar
2 ea. Eggs, beaten
1/2 Tsp. Vinegar
1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
1/2 c. Chopped dates
1/2 c. Coconut
1/2 c. Chopped nuts
1 ea. Unbaked pie shell
Directions
Combine margarine, sugar, eggs, vinegar and vanilla in bowl. Mix well. Stir in dates, coconut and nuts. Pour into pie shell. Bake in 300 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
