Ingredients
18 1/4 oz. Pkg lemon cake mix1 Egg
4 oz. Container frozen non-dairy
-whipped topping, thawed
1/2 c. Sifted confectioner's sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg and topping. Batter will be very stiff. Drop by Teaspoons into confectioner's sugar. Roll into 1 balls using sugar to keep dough from sticking to hands. Place balls of dough 2" apart on greased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until light brown on bottom.
