4 Tsp. Dry Yeast1 3/4 c. Whole Wheat Flour
1 3/4 c. White Flour
1 1/2 Tbs. Gluten
1/4 c. Light Brown Sugar
1/4 c. Sugar
1/4 Tsp. Salt
3 Tbs. Butter
1 1/2 Tsp. Dry Lemon Peel
1 1/2 Tsp. Dry Orange Peel
1 c. Whole Cranberries; chopped coarsely
1/2 Tbs. Pure Maple Syrup
4 Tbs. Buttermilk Powder
1 1/4 c. Water; warmed
Directions
Chop cranberries. Drizzle with Maple syrup and stir together. Place ingred. In bread machine according to manufacturers instructions. Adjust water or flour as needed. Cook on White Bread Cycle. Raised up to vent. Delicious fruit flavor. Definite DO AGAIN! - LISA CRAWLEY
