Chipotle Sauce1 lb. Ground Beef
1 lb. Ground Pork
2 Eggs; Large
1/2 c. Dry Bread Crumbs
1/2 c. Milk
2 Tbs. Onion; Finely Chopped
2 Tbs. Fresh Cilantro; Snipped
2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
Directions
Prepare Chipotle Sauce and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients together and shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Heat sauce and meatballs to boiling; then reduce the heat. Cover and simmer until meatballs are done, about 20 minutes. Serve with hot cooked rice or noodles, if desired.
