Ingredients
2 Tbs. Ghee1 Tsp. Minced ginger
1 Tsp. Minced garlic
1/2 c. Diced onion
1/2 Tsp. Garam masala
1/8 Tsp. Turmeric
1/2 Tsp. Chili powder
1 c. Diced tomatoes
1 c. Water
1/2 Tsp. White vinegar
1 Tsp. Soy sauce
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
Green onions, chopped
2 ea. Sprigs cilantro, chopped
Directions
Heat ghee in a pot. Add ginger, garlic and onion and stir-fry 1 minute. Add garam masala, turmeric and chili powder. Stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Add vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well. Garnish with green onions and cilantro. Serve hot.
