Ingredients
4 1/2 c. Flour (all purpose)1 1/2 c. Sugar
2 Tsp. Baking soda
1 1/2 c. Brown sugar (firmly packed)
2 Tsp. Salt
2 Tsp. Vanilla extract
1 c. Butter (2 sticks softened)
1 c. Shortening
4 Eggs
1 pkg. Nestle chocolate chips 12 oz.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt. In large bowl combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract . Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips Semi-sweet. Drop by Tsp. onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 14 min.. Makes about 5 dozen 2 1/4 cookies.
