1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup cilantro, leaves, chopped
1 Tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder, plain
2 Tsp. cumin seeds
ground cumin
1/4 Tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Combine ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook for 14 to 16 hrs at low h eat. Note: double the recipe to make 8 servings, and freeze extras in single serving portions if desired. 295 calories each
