Ingredients
10 lb. Stew meat, cubed2 ga Water
2 Tbs. Salt
5 c. Green chiles, roasted and Peeled,
2 Tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 c. Blue corn meal
Directions
Cover meat with water in a large pan, bring to a boil and simmer for 4 hours. Then add the green chiles, chopped, salt and garlic powder. Mix the cornmeal in a little cold water and stir in rapidly.
