8 oz. Cream Cheese; Room Temp.1/3 c. Raisins or Currants
1/2 Tsp. Ginger
1/4 Tsp. Salt
2 Tbs. Chutney; Chopped
4 Tbs. Sherry; Medium Dry
Directions
Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then work in the raisins or currants, ginger, salt and chutney. Add the sherry, a Tbs. at a time, until the mixture is of spreading consistency.
