1 1/4 oz. Roquefort cheese3 oz. Cream cheese
1/4 c. Sour cream
1 ds. Cayenne
1/4 Tsp. Salt
3 ds. Tabasco
3 1/2 oz. Finely chopped cooked chicken
Directions
Mix the cheese, sour cream, and seasonings together until thoroughly blended. Add the finely chopped chicken. Serve on crackers. Makes 1 cup.
