2 c. Sugar1/2 c. Sour cream
1/3 c. White corn syrup
2 Tbs. Margarine
1/4 Tsp. Salt
2 Tsp. Vanilla
1/4 c. Candies cherries, chopped
1 c. Pecans, chopped
Directions
In large heavy skillet, mix first 5 ingredients; cook to softball stage or 236 F. Remove from heat; let stand 15 minutes. Add vanilla and beat; addcherries and nuts. Pour into buttered 8x8 inch pan. Classic Holiday Cooking
