Ingredients
2 c. All-purpose flour3/4 c. Cornmeal
2 Tsp. Baking powder
2 Tbs. Sugar
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 3/4 c. Milk
1 Egg beaten
1/2 lb. Bulk pork sausage
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients. Mix in rest of ingredients. Spoon batter into greased muffin pan, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
