3/4 c. Slivered Green Peppers

Slivers of red and green bell peppers give this quickly prepared dish vibrant color, and the garlic, Tabasco sauce and capers provide lots of flavor. - In a large skillet, heat the oil and add the garlic. Cook until golden, about 1 minute. Add the scallops, peppers, onion, Tabasco sauce and salt.
