1 lb. Spinach; fresh1 c. Mushrooms; sliced
1 Tbs. Low-sodium soy sauce;
1 Tbs. Water
1 Tbs. Walnut oil;
1 Tbs. Sesame oil;
1 Tbs. Toasted Sesame seeds;
Directions
Wash spinach thoroughly and trim off tough stems. Spin or pat dry. Mix remaining ingredients together and toss with spinach.
