5 Feet small hog or sheep casings5 lb. Turkey meat-15 fat
2 Tsp. Whole fennel seed
2 Tsp. Crushed fennel seed
2 Tsp. Crushed red pepper-optional
2 Tsp. Salt, or to taste
2 Tsp. Black pepper
1 Tsp. Garlic powder
-OR- 2 cl Very finely minced garlic
Directions
