Ingredients
1/2 c. Packed brown sugar3 Tbs. Flour
1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg
2 Tbs. Margarine
1/2 c. Chopped pecans
2 can Yam, drained (17 oz)
1 16 oz. can peach slices, drain
1 1/2 c. Miniature marshmallows
Directions
Combine sugar, flour and nutmeg; cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add nuts. Arrange yams and peaches in 1 1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle with sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees, 35 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Broil until lightly browned.
